Structure The drying chamber
frame structure is designed unlike any other kiln chamber. The frame is a
series of specially designed aluminum profile trusses and columns. Each
profile is designed for its particular application and function. The
aluminum alloy used is composed Aluminum, Magnesium and Silicium according
to DIN 3.3206 specifications so as to resist any type of corrosion.
InComac by having their own design profiles for the frame construction
gives them unlimited design capability. Unlike other manufactures that are
limited to standard angle and "I" beam construction. This design also
allows easy installation and if necessary can be disassembled and
relocated. |

Insulation InComac insulating
panels have a very unique design. The design prevents heat channeling from
inside to outside through the aluminum skin and the best possible package
for allowing the insulation to provide the maximum insulating value for
weight and thickness. The panel thickness ranges from 112mm up to 220mm (
4 1/2 inches up to 9 inches.) Although most construction is from spun
glass InComac also offers insulation in high-density polyurethane. The
spun glass insulation does not have wicking or absorption characteristics,
class 0. . It is also friendly to our fragile environment. |

Doors The doors can be
winging, with side-folding or sliding with upper rail and hydraulic
trolley. The doors are built with a structural integrity and insulating
value as the chamber. The design of the door, doorframe, and jam prevents
any thermal bridging from inside to outside the chamber. All the gaskets
are made of synthetic rubber based on ethyl-propylene (EPDT), resistant to
acids, aging, and the varying temperatures, maintaining their structural
integrity for years. |
